Our client, a well know name in the recruitment industry, is looking to expand their recruitment practice and set up a new HR recruitment division.
We are looking for individuals with at least 5 years experience within the HR recruitment sector. This is initially a role within the firm but with scope to later become a separate company and as Associate Director, you would then have the opportunity to become a Managing Director.
- 5+ years experience within the HR recruitment sector
- Experience in a recruitment role (eg, not a Resourcer or Account Manager
- Ambitious, energetic, good sales skills, hungry for success
- Intelligence as demonstrated by academic achievement
- Entrepreneurial and competitive attitude
