Our client, a leading financial services firm based in London is seeking an In-House Recruitment Consultant / Talent Aquisition Specialist.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an In-House Recruitment Consultant / Talent Aquisition Specialist that has excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to quickly understand staffing requirements, especially within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
You will be responsible for developing, improving, and implementing recruitment and selection strategies, policies, processes, programs and initiatives to optimise the Company’s ability to recruit, attract and select the best candidates for their business. You will work in partnership with the Hiring Managers and HR team to support the implementation of recruitment strategies and programs,.
You will also be responsible for providing direct recruitment support and services to the Business Managers based in the UK. The focus is on recruiting quality candidates, contributing to reducing staff turnover and drastically reducing costs.
You will be expected to enhance the image of the HR function with a professional, proactive, customer focused approach that is in line with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and assist with the overall growth and expansion of the business.
