Due to Rapid expansion our client, a well known london based Recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Search Coordinator to join their busy team.
- Coordinating interviews, including travel and interview schedules, and communicate travel/interview arrangements to clients and candidates
- Prepare and maintain related documents
- Assist consultants in researching sources for candidate information when resumes are not otherwise immediately available.
- Coordinate and monitor the pre-employment process
- Manage travel arrangements for Managing Directo
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of external postings of positions on external sites.
- Assisting consultants with other criteria as part of the advertising process
- Monitor recruitment expenses
- Process consultant and candidate expenses such as travel, conferencing, etc.
